Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from Performers who would like to perform at our upcoming Pasifika Summer event held in November 2025.

Featuring a full mainstage entertainment program, including live music, traditional dances and performances as well as activities, workshops, markets and giveaways.

Event Information

Event date: Friday 28th November, Saturday 29th November & Sunday 30th November 2025

Event time: 5pm – 10pm

Event location TBC, will be confirmed within due course

Please ensure the below points are reviewed before completing the Performer EOI:

• Performers have the option to perform on either day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) or on multiple days at the discretion of Liverpool City Council Events Team.
• Performers need to provide a full detailed outline of their performers, number of performers and rates
