Mid Murray Council invites tenders for the preparation of a district-wide Tourism Precinct Plan that incorporates a feasibility and master planning process for key tourism assets and attractions, and masterplan/s that include prioritised projects, schedules, costings and implementation plan. A consultation report, highlighting the feedback received during the consultation process, will also be prepared.

The project is divided into the following five (5) Sub-Projects:

1. Indigenous Cultural Mapping
2. River Corridor Tourism Masterplan
3. Township Tourism Masterplans
4. Mannum Waterfalls Masterplan
5. Dark-Sky Astro-Tourism Planetarium/Observatory

Where needed, tenderers are encouraged to collaborate with other providers to deliver the whole of the project with a holistic approach.
