QPRC wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake project and construction management services for the upgrade of stormwater infrastructure at Henderson Road, Queanbeyan.

A compulsory pre-tender briefing will be held at 02:00pm Canberra local time on Friday 11 July 2025 at Henderson Road Skatepark, Queanbeyan.

Tenders must be submitted using the Tender Schedules provided and must be submitted through Council's tendering Portal.

The successful contractor will be required to:

• develop construction tender documentation.
• participate in and manage the assessment of construction tenders received; and
• Manage the construction contract, supervise construction and act as Council's Authorised Person for the duration of the construction period and post-completion periods.

The objectives of the project are to:

• Upgrade existing stormwater drains in the subject area to the required quality standards
• Safely manage construction works, including management of traffic and pedestrians
• Minimise inconvenience to residents, park users and any other land uses in the area
