The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) seeks a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the Rottnest Island Water and Wastewater SCADA Upgrade. The existing SCADA system is used to monitor, control, and provide near real-time data on water and wastewater assets across the island.

These SCADA systems are critical to operational efficiency and achieving business objectives, and therefore require a whole-of-life approach to their design, procurement, operation, and maintenance.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island, Rottnest Island on 9 Jul, 2025 8:15 AM.

Tenderers shall attend the mandatory Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on:

Time: 8:15 am

Location: RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island

Transport: Ferry departure to Rottnest from B Shed Fremantle 7.30 am, Ferry return from Rottnest to B Shed Fremantle 11.30 am

By no later than 2:00 pm on 2 July 2025 Tenderers shall confirm to Anthony Ricci their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at anthony.ricci@dbca.wa.gov.au.

If Tenderers are unable to attend the scheduled site visit and briefing, alternatives arrangements may be made by contacting Anthony Ricci no later than 1 July 2025. However alternative date timeslots are only available up to 3 days after the official site visit and briefing date 9 July 2025.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
