Blayney Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the construction of an intersection with Richards Lane and Millthorpe Road, Millthorpe, NSW.

A separable portion of works is also included in this contract for the construction of a 1.2km section of Richards Lane, Millthorpe, commencing approximately 45m west from the major intersection upgrade.

Refer to the Principal’s Documents for more detail of the Works as there are two (2) separate Scope of Works that include the following documents:

• 3a MW21-LG_Scope of Works Technical Criteria_Richards Lane and,

• 3b. MW21-LG_Scope of Works Technical Criteria_Richards Intersection,

Tenderers may submit a proposal for either package 1, package 2 or both
