Bellcorp Management Pty Ltd on behalf of Regents Park Christian School invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified builders for the design and construction of a new Student and Administration Hub.
The scope of works includes design continuation and finalisation, authority approvals, demolition, and construction of Stages 1 and 2 of the new Student and Administration Hub at Regents Park Christian School, NSW.
The successful contractor will be engaged under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract and must demonstrate experience in delivering comparable education sector projects.
Submissions will be assessed against the following criteria: Relevant company experience, Demonstrated capability and capacity and References from recent similar projects.
