The City of Unley seeks Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Principal Building Contractors for shortlisting to be invited to Tender for the construction of the Edmund Avenue Cottages Cultural Precinct.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to the demolition, heritage restoration / conservation, landscape construction, refurbishment and new building work to the three separate existing buildings located at 77-84 Edmund Avenue, Unley, South Australia.
