Central Coast Council is inviting submissions from experienced design teams for the preparation of concept designs for the redevelopment of Dial Park, Penguin. This project is part of a broader state-wide initiative to upgrade sporting infrastructure in anticipation of the Tasmanian Devils joining the AFL. Dial Park will be upgraded to a Category 4 AFL venue, capable of hosting elite-level matches from 2028.

Council is seeking a consultant with demonstrated expertise in the design of sports facilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The total project budget is $13.5 million (excluding GST), which includes all consultancy fees, approvals, and construction costs.
