This RFI invites service providers to offer innovative ideas for improvements in contract structure, scope, and service delivery and contribute to shaping the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Intergrated Property Services for PMNSW, with a focus on:

Scope

Placemaking NSW (PMNSW) has an Integrated Property Services (IPS) contract for the outsourced management of a relatively unique property portfolio. The contract includes Real Estate Services, Facilities Management and Asset Management. It also includes some services that would be atypical in a property contract, such as events facilities operational resourcing.

With the upcoming contract renewal, PMNSW is looking to procure services including Real Estate, Facilities Management and Asset Management through one Integrated Property Services Contract. At the same time, PMNSW is considering alternative contracting approaches that would enhance service delivery outcomes.
