Tender Description
Hume is inviting expressions of interest for companies who would like to be considered for a future request for tender (RFT) phase that aims to appoint one or two Contractors to deliver facility maintenance services across its NSW operations. The services include, but are not limited to:
• General Maintenance (Responsive Maintenance, Non-Emergency and Non-Specialised Handyperson, Programmed Maintenance, Vacant Restoration, and Home Modification Services); and
• Cyclical Maintenance Services (TMV & RCD Compliance, LGC, and BES Services).
