Real Estate Agency Services – Ironside Drive, Wānaka Land Disposal

Queenstown Lakes District Council wish to engage a suitable Real Estate Agency to facilitate the listing and disposal of Ironside Drive, Wānaka (Lot 2 DP 340530). The following attributes are required for submissions to be accepted:

a) A detail-orientated approach for disposing of Ironside Drive, Wānaka. Examples from previous disposals are required to enhance your submission.

b) Clear outline of timelines and budgets that meet the requirements outlined in this RFQ.

c) Experience with selling similar vacant sections.

d) Outline why your agency is best equipped to facilitate the disposal of Ironside Drive, Wānaka.

e) Details of a rigorous health and safety plan. Emphasis on your commitment to safety when in the field undertaking property inspections with and without clients is advised.
