Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest to lease part of the Council owned land known as 7-11A Anne Street, South Tamworth being part Lot 4 DP 211713. The premises is a large shed (approximately 620m2) which is used as an indoor recreational facility.
The premises is located within RE1 – Public Recreation zoning. Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties who wish to lease the premises and are capable of conducting their business in accordance with the current zoning permissions.
