Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Managed Services. This EOI aims to identify potential partners capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable ICT solutions aligned with our strategic objectives

The users and their needs

The scope of services anticipated includes the outsourcing and ongoing delivery of core ICT operations and support services. Key areas include (but are not limited to):

• Service desk and end-user support
• Infrastructure management (servers, networks, cloud, and on-premise systems)
• Cybersecurity and compliance operations
• Application support (including SaaS and business-critical platforms)
• IT asset management and technology lifecycle support
• Optional strategic services such as continuous improvement, SIAM support, or Trusted Advisor role

Work already done

NAIF is undertaking a multi-phased digital transformation, to replace and uplift organisation wide core business systems and applications (ex, CRM, Finance and Accounting, HR, Payroll, etc)

Technical/business constraints

In the first instance, NAIF is looking to transition service providers, however there is a possibility that service delivery streams may expand to include consolidation of contracts currently held with third-party suppliers, and expansion of functionalities linked to the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as part of a broader asset replacement plan.
