This is a technical Business Analyst and Systems Analyst review of existing business and systems processes which cause frictions when onboarding aged care providers to the department systems.

This will be a time and materials engagement with a team size to be determined by the Seller but a guide as to the Department's expectation is 2-3 people for 2 - 3 weeks.

The Seller will provide a detailed report into aged care providers existing business and systems processes which cause frictions when onboarding aged care providers.
