ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The Gilgandra local government area is situated in the central west of NSW and covers an area of 4,800 square kilometers, including the township of Gilgandra and two smaller villages of Tooraweenah and Armatree.

ABOUT THE QUOTATION: Funded through the Community Improvement District (CID) Pilot Program, Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified persons to facilitate and deliver the Miller Street Marketing and Branding Project. The project will see the development of the district brand and vision for the Gilgandra CBD as a whole; with associated deliverables focused on establishing a creative, activated, vibrant, lively and accessible Miller Street and CBD as a whole.

The successful respondent will be required to facilitate and deliver the Miller Street Marketing and Branding Project with deliverables.

SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests tenderers to submit their quotation via the electronic tender box (see option below) using either the attached word or pdf version of the form.

LOCAL PURCHASING POLICY: Gilgandra Shire Council has a local purchasing policy.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this quotation in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics.

The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
