The supply and spraying of bituminous emulsion rejuvenators to asphalt and sprayed seal pavement surfaces as well as the supply and application of various spray seal treatments in the City of Newcastle Local Government Area for the period 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2028, with extension options exercisable at City of Newcastle’s discretion.
