The City of Karratha invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local community sporting groups for the hire of powered sports storage sheds at three key sporting facilities located at Nickol West Oval, Karratha Leisureplex Oval and Millars Well.

Available Sports Storage

Sheds:

Nickol West Oval: 2 x sheds

Karratha Leisureplex Oval: 4 x sheds

Millars Well Oval: 1 x shed

Available sheds range in size from 11.2 m² to 16.8 m²

Hire Details:

Hire fee: $46 per sqm (per annum)

Please note that the City of Karratha fees and charges are reviewed by Council annually in July each year and are therefore subject to change.

Hire agreements apply per financial year and pro rata rates apply from the date of the commencement of the hire agreement.

Eligibility:

EOI's are open to active local community sporting groups. Applicants must demonstrate a clear need for storage with regular and consistent use.

Completed Expressions of Interest should be sent via email to community.infrastructure@karratha.wa.gov.au. The deadline for submissions is 5pm (AWST), Monday 7th July 2025.
