Northern Tasmania Development Corporation (NTDC) in partnership with Northern Midlands Council (NMC) is seeking a qualified Business Case Consultant to deliver a comprehensive business case for the proposed TRANSLink Intermodal Facility project.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Development of business case checklist matrix

b. Undertake site selection analysis.

c. Develop, refine, and establish the project's business case in alignment with the Structured Infrastructure Investment Review Process (SIIRP) and Infrastructure Australia Assessment Frameworks.

d. Development and establishment of base case

e. Identify and adopt benchmark projects for benchmark studies

f. Prepare for the tenancy arrangements for future tenancies

g. Financial model

h. Investment Logic Mapping

i. Benefits Management

j. Risk and uncertainty analysis
