As part of the NSW Government's commitment to boosting housing supply and diversity in NSW, Landcom has been tasked with the delivery of Build-to-rent (BTR) projects for essential workers in Sydney.
Landcom will soon be seeking qualified builders to finalise the design and construct the BTR development located in Annandale, NSW. The BTR development will be part of a well-located mixed-use precinct featuring ground-floor retail, public open space and more than 500 apartments for renters and buyers.
This invitation is for an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Principal Building Contractors only and is provided for prospective Tenderers to express their interest and outline their capabilities to provide the required works and services to Landcom.
