Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced surveyors to undertake detail survey of the Bathurst Central Business District (CBD), including service location.

The Tender shall be for on-ground detail survey and service location to the extent specified, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and shall include the following:

1 Provide on-ground detail survey as specified.

2 Locate all utility services as specified and include located services in detail survey.

3 Provide survey drawing as specified.

4 Provide documentation as specified.

4 Provide plant, material and labour to undertake works as detailed in the Drawings and Specifications.

5 Liaison with and coordination of all utility service providers.

6 Removal of service location markings from all surfaces.

7 Provide traffic management to the extent required to undertake works.

8 Legally dispose of all rubbish and materials.

9 Provide any other site works as directed by the Client
