The Project Manager will be required to proactively plan and oversee the CCM Project, ensuring project milestones, associated changes, stakeholder engagement, and risks are effectively managed to support the success of the project. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in business analysis, risk and issue management, reporting, and the development of project artefacts.

The Project Manager will provide operational support to the project lead to work across all client-facing, program and service delivery areas to understand, assess and design future needs to inform business requirements to Services Australia and Optus (the new provider).
