This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer currently has an outsourced arrangement with a managed service provider. The Buyer would like to transition to a hybrid model with a combination of departmental and outsourced staff. The Buyer will maintain management and responsibility for the service standard of these services.
The roles required are for End User Compute Support – M365, SOE and Application Engineering Services. The buyer wishes to engage the resources on a capped time and materials basis, 40 hours per week and in some instances on an ad-hoc basis.
