Tender Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multipurpose Court Upgrade at Two Mile SS, located at 288 Bruce Highway, Gympie QLD 4570, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.

The proposed multipurpose court refurbishment and new roof structure is to be constructed over the multipurpose court, located on the eastern side of the school. There is adequate working space and laydown area for contractors. All works are to be completed by October 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
