ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ):

The City of Coffs Harbour (Coastalworks) is seeking an FRP Contractor under contract CON00666 Bored Piles North Boambee Road Bridge to install six 900mm diameter bored piles over Newports Creek. This contract will be made under the City's standard terms and conditions of purchase order, a copy of which is supplied in the RFQ document package.

REGISTRATION:

RFQ documents may be obtained after registration on the tendering portal.

ENQUIRIES:

RFQ enquiries should be directed to Mr Evan Williams Senior Project Engineer via the online forum prior to 3pm on Monday 30 June 2025.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed RFQ responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the MS Word version of the document.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

RFQ submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am AEST

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFQ, all or any part of the RFQ, and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
