Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Retaining wall suppliers/ contractors, able to complete the full engineering design, manufacture and supply of retaining wall components with the option of installation, drainage and associated backfill of the proposed retaining wall systems.

Stage 1 of the new development includes 9 residential lots. This tender is for the design, supply and option of install of retaining walls for stage 1 only as detailed in the plans, specifications, scope of works, contract and other tender documents.

If the option of installation is taken up by Council in regards the onsite work, the Contractor will be required to work in accordance with PSC's HSECQ Management requirements as outlined within the Tender documents.

All required design, plant, equipment, labour, materials, transport and consumables required for the fabrication and installation (if applicable) will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract.
