Scope

Recommend a solution that is compatible with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal v11.3, as well as existing data and metadata structures used in the Emergency Management Portal, to support critical decision-making in emergency management. This includes enabling access to timely data, reports, and emergency management information that meets the evolving needs of the Emergency Information Coordination Unit (EICU), NSW Telco Authority, and the broader NSW Emergency Management sector. The scope includes full-stack development for the SIMS/JIMS web application (version 3.0), prioritise the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) front-end design, and limit or eliminate commercial licensing.
