An exciting opportunity exists to operate a mobile food and beverage van, mountain bike hire or other related activities at newly constructed facilities at Yellagonga Regional Park. The State Government is conducting a competitive process to identify suitably qualified individuals and organisations interested in this opportunity and the newly constructed Yalbunullup Mountain Bike Park at Yellagonga Regional Park.

Should a suitable applicant be found through this competitive process, authority to operate the approved venture will be by way of a commercial operations lease or licence pursuant to the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984.
