The District Council of Grant invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the upgrade of the Mount Gambier and District Saleyards administration building. Council is seeking responses for the upgrade of the Saleyards Administration Building. This upgrade seeks to make the admin building more accessible and inclusive to those with mobility issues.
The key focus areas throughout this upgrade are the bathroom facilities, canteen access, parking, and connecting paths around the building.
