Cumberland City Council is seeking experienced and qualified companies to submit proposal for the Construction of Girraween Park Amenities Building & Playspace Fitness Area and associated structures. It includes the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision to complete the work.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract.
