The Southside Eagles Football Club, located at Bill Cash Memorial Club, 898 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill QLD 4170, is undergoing an upgrade and expansion to their existing amenities Club building. Suitably qualified and experienced contactors with some experience/ contacts for modular building construction and general amenities refurbishment are invited to submit an expression of interest to tender for this project.

Scope of Works Includes:

Refurbishment Works:

Reconfiguration and upgrade of the existing bathroom facilities, including new finishes, fixtures, and sanitaryware.

Retrofit of the existing referee room to provide female-compliant amenities, incorporating new showers and toilets within the existing building footprint.

New Construction Works:

Potential modular construction of two new female-compliant change rooms, two referee rooms, and associated amenities. The extension will not have internal connections to the existing clubhouse.

Works to include new structures, plumbing, fixtures, and services to be connected.

A new accessible walkway and compliant ramp will link the new change rooms to the playing field.

General Works:

Installation of new finishes, fixtures, and fittings throughout relevant areas.

General make-good works across impacted spaces.

Project Timeline:

Construction is scheduled to commence in early to mid-October 2025.
