This RFP aims to appoint accommodation providers to deliver accommodation services to NSW Government travellers in locations within Australia, with a focus on regional and remote New South Wales.
Project goals
NSW Government approved travellers will have access to specially negotiated rates with 1,100+ accommodation providers via FCM's booking service. The program objective is to meet NSW Government traveller's geographical needs and budgetary objectives, and to drive efficiencies through FCM online booking availability.
Scope
The FCM Consulting RFP invites accommodation providers to lodge proposals for consideration to become a provider of accommodation for NSW Government travellers in key locations.
Requirements include:
· Rate validity 2 years: 1 Nov 25 – 31 Oct 27
· Gross Rates (10% commissionable)
· Rates are Room Only + Wi-Fi inclusive
· Rates submitted must be fixed and LRA (Year-round Last Room Availability) basis
· Rates are to be loaded into Sabre Global Distribution System or The Hotel Network where Sabre is not an option
· Compliance/ acceptance of NSW Government Tendering Conditions and FCMC's RFP requirements
· Properties must hold a minimum $10M public liabilities insurance cover
