EAP services are available to all full and part time Hunter Water employees and their immediate families.

The total number of eligible employees is 540.

The 23/24 monthly utilisation rate for EAP counselling was 6% of employees per month.

The successful provider will be able to offer a range of diverse services including but not limited to, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, financial counsellors and social workers.

Offices for providing the EAP Services must be located in the Newcastle/Hunter region.

Tenderers must tender for all items listed within the Scope documentation and Pricing Schedules.

Hunter Water's intention it to award a single EAP services contract.
