Government House Sydney is seeking an experienced professional catering supplier to manage the commercial kitchen operations.

Project goals

To manage the commercial kitchen operations at Government House Sydney, including food preparation across the ceremonial, community and constitutional program of events. The supplier must also support meal preparation for the official residence and VIP guest accommodation and demonstrate the ability to support the Non-Vice-Regal events that can occur through the year.

One service provider will be appointed.
