Cairns Regional Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced and qualified employee benefits providers (Suppliers) to provide an Employee Benefits Program and offer a comprehensive range of employee benefits to Council's workforce. This EOI is intended to identify potential service providers and gather information on offerings, capabilities, expertise and ability to meet Council's requirements. The offerings are required to align to Council's Employee Wellbeing Strategy, with recognition of five key wellbeing elements of Physical, Mental, Financial, Social and/or Career.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
