What we need
To deliver our FOCUS strategy, we need leaders with the right mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities to drive innovation, aligns teams with our vision, enhance decision making, drive employee engagement and to navigate changes with agility and resilience.
To date we have invested in building leadership capability through programmes like Leaders for Impact (on hold since 2021), Coaching for Impact, Feedback for Impact, Global Women and UP to grow wahine leadership and Leadership NZ to grow our emerging leadership talent.
We are seeking to commission a modern leadership development programme that supports adaptive leaders for future ready workforces that turns our leadership model into leadership actions.
We do not want an ‘off the shelf’ solution that does not align with our design principles or does not incorporate our leadership model, evolving strategy or organisational characters.
