⁠⁠⁠Napier City Council (NCC) requires a design and construction project at Westshore with the following 3 components (Separable Portions):

• SP1 Pathway – New pathway linking existing iWay and HB Trails from 6 Meeanee Quay to 12 Whakarire Avenue.

• SP2 Carpark (15 spaces) – Whakarire Avenue carpark renewal.

• SP3 Revetment Planting – Rangatira Reserve planting to replace vegetation removed as part of the Rangatira Revetment Project.
