Tender Description
The latest Ten Year Property Plan has identified a number of roofing improvements to two of the main classroom buildings at the school which includes the renewal of roof coverings, flashings and spouting.
The contract also includes the installation of skylights and the installation of an appropriate trafficable and heavy duty polycarbonate roof product.
Works also include remediation of damaged ceiling linings as well as the installation of light fittings to compensate for loss of natural light in the teaching spaces.
