Established in 1988, UTS is a world-leading Australian university, both in terms of student demand and ranking. Over 44,000 domestic and international students are currently enrolled at UTS, studying a variety of undergraduate and post-graduate course across a range of academic disciplines that include engineering, information technology, science, law, and business.

To maintain the buildings on its campus, UTS utilises a trade services panel consisting of numerous suppliers for various trades. This Panel was first established in 2013 and was re-tendered in 2018.

The purpose of this RFT is to identify and select suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to form a new Panel, to provide UTS with the following preventive and reactive maintenance trade services:

a. Building mechanical services;

b. Fire protection services; and

c. Hydraulic / plumbing services.

Tenderers may tender for all, or any one of the above services.

Please note: given the large volume of files associated with this tender, each scope of services (including appendices and pricing schedules) referred to in the tender pack as Annexures A, B, and C will be issued as a separate addendum after the tender has been released.
