Tender Description

Council is currently developing a Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers (RPQS) of suitably experienced and qualified Contractors for a range of Trades and Services, collectively known as the Panel.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence on the 1 September 2025, for an initial term of two years that will expire on 31 August 2027. There will be two extension periods of twelve months each, that may be executed at Council’s discretion and mutual acceptance of the revised Contractor, with rates being in line with the proposed price variation mechanism.

Council may also refresh the panel annually, either partially or in its entirety.
