PURPOSE:

Supply and delivery of aggregates as well as a range of unspecified alternate products to Liverpool Plains Shire & Tamworth Regional Council. The contract term is for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2028 with a provision for 2 x 12-month options.

INVITATION:

Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline.

DOCUMENTS:

Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the tendering portal until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
