Mosman Council is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to review Mosman Bicycle Plan and carry out a detailed study of the bicycle infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to get an understanding of Mosman bicycle network and audit all the existing bicycle related infrastructure/assets to assess their condition, adequacy, gaps, and recommend improvements to promote and enhance cycling safety and connectivity to promote cycling in Mosman.

A review of Mosman Walking and Cycling Strategy 2023-2028(WCS), and existing cycling plans of Mosman Council, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) and North Sydney Council is also required to identify opportunities to improve connections with Mosman's network.

Stakeholder engagement is a key part of this project.
