PathWest is seeking provision of transport and storage services of deceased persons under the following categories:

a) Transportation of Deceased Persons

b) Storage of Deceased Persons

c) Consumables for peri-natal such as body bags and wooden transport kits

The Contract established as a result of this Request will be awarded to a single Supplier.
