Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Authority is seeking an IT provider that can provide the following:
- Drupal management and updates
- Civic Theme management and updates
- GovCMS service centre ticket management and actioning
- Drupal and Civic Theme refinements and improvements.
These services will be delivered through the upfront purchase of service block hours for each service, but flexible to be shared across each service type as needed. The supplier will provide a dedicated account manager and monthly meetings to manage the contract and discuss updates or any changes that may be required.
