The Authority is looking for an online platform that can support its stakeholder engagement and communications in a flexible, all-in-one package.

Ideally, the platform will:

• collect and manage surveys and consultations
• analyse what people are saying
• manage contacts and stakeholders
• publish project hubs, pages and reports
• manage stakeholder content distribution using various mailing lists
• maintain 100% compliance with Australian data hosting requirements
• include comprehensive privacy and security policies.

We require:

• up to 5 users with administration access
• capacity to distribute up to 10,000 emails in one transaction
• Single sign on capacity (if possible)
• Dedicated support (preferably with an account manager)
• Up to 100 non-admin users (visitor access)
