This Request for Tender (RFT) is to refresh Recruitment and Search Services (R&SS) panel arrangement, a subset of the broader People Panel arrangement, for the Whole of Australian Government.

The Services required under R&SS are for commonly used recruitment of Australian Public Service personnel, required by an Entity for ongoing or non-ongoing positions, and search activities relating to board positions.

This RFT will refresh all Service Categories on the R&SS panel, and it will offer a new Service Category:

1a. General Recruitment Services

1b. Executive Recruitment Services

2. Expert/Specialised Role Recruitment Services

3. Candidate Sourcing Services

4. Board Search Services

5. Scribing Services (new Service Category).

Note: If a Tenderer is an incumbent Service Provider approved to provide services on the R&SS panel, the Tenderer cannot retender for any Service Categories listed in Schedule 1 of their Head Agreement.

In accordance with paragraph 8.4.4 of the RFT, hyperlinked material will not be considered by Finance.
