Tender Description
IS&T are seeking to engage a supplier to provide a search application to replace ISYS Search Software (ISYS).
SAPOL officers across multiple branches are required to search thousands of documents across various data sources such as local, external and network. ISYS is the current application used to perform these searches of unstructured data, which are important for recruit checks, public protection, subpoena requests and investigations. ISYS has reached the end of its useful life, is unsupported and is not performing satisfactorily.
