Catalina Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the purchase of two Residential-zoned (R60-R80) zoned lots (Lot 2590 – 1,054m2 and Lot 2591 – 1,422m2) released for sale at the corner of Portofino Promenade and Havana Way, Mindarie in the Catalina Beach precinct of Catalina Estate.

The Expression of Interest document outlining details of the available lots and how to make a submission to purchase may be obtained from noon on Saturday 14 June 2025 from the Council’s tenders portal .

Expression of interest submissions must be submitted through this portal by 3:00pm Wednesday 24 July 2025.
