Tenders are invited from experienced pontoon jetty construction companies for the supply and installation of an irrigation pontoon jetty.

This is a lump sum supply and installation contract, with works under this contract including, but not limited to:

• Pontoon jetty design, including meetings with Council, hold points and key deliverables

• Manufacture, delivery and installation of pontoon jetty

• RPEQ Structural certifications as required

• Site safety management

• As constructed hand over package

• Warranties as required

The successful contractor is required to provide all materials, plant and labour, to perform all necessary operations to ensure the complete and proper completion of the works associated with this Contract.

An information session will be held on site for interested irrigation specialists on 24 June 2025 at 10:00 am. This meeting is not mandatory but it is recommended that potential Respondents attend to familiarise themselves with the project and site conditions.

Supply and installation of the constructed pontoon jetty will take place in coordination with Council.

It is Councils objective for the pontoon jetty to be manufactured and certified, ready for delivery and installation by November 2025 which will coincide with the installation of tanks, pumps and pipes (to be delivered by others).
