Leichhardt Oval Refurbishment – Architect / Principal Design Consultant Services

Inner West Council (IWC) is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced Architecture Consultants to take on the role of Principal Design Consultant (PDC) to deliver the Leichhardt Oval project. The PDC is to be responsible for architectural design and coordination, as well as the delivery of the anticipated minimal landscape scope, CPTED report and other miscellaneous material required for the SSDA.

IWC seeks Lump Sum Fee proposals for the PDC to provide services for following project phases, including but not limited to the following:

Stage 2: Design, documentation and planning until Contractor Award

Design development (Schematic Design, Detailed Design, 80% for DD&C Tender)

Planning pathway (preparation, application, response and procurement of consent)

DD&C Contractor Procurement (tender, evaluate, award)

Stage 3: DD&C Contractor Delivery

Mobilisation after Contractor Award

Construction, commissioning and defect-free handover of the Project (as per GC-21)

Tenderers are not to allow fees for the Stage 4 (12-month GC-21 Post-Completion Period) within its Lump

Sum Fee proposal. Additional services needed during the Post-Completion Period will be undertaken on hourly rates (which are to be provided in response to this RFT).
