Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced public swimming pool managers to undertake the Management and Operation of the Allora Pool Complex at Allora for a three-year term commencing the 2025/26 season.

Allora Pool is a well-known facility located in the Southern Downs Region, at 35 Raff Street, Allora. The facility features a kiosk, change rooms, gymnasium equipment, a 25-metre pool designed for short course competitions, and wading pools. This facility additionally offers a Learn to Swim Programme.

While inspections are not required, it is recommended to visit the site and the township where the pool complex is located.

Inspections are conducted solely by appointment, which can be scheduled by submitting a registration request to procurement@sdrc.qld.gov.au. Inspections may be arranged up until 20 June 2025.
